Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered, the price breakdown, and a VAT invoice.
All customer data is treated confidentially. Contact information taken at the time of order will not be used for any purposes other than ensuring order delivery, and/or to resolve any order problems. By registering for a webstore account, you can view your order history, as well as the current order and progress.
- Items you have ordered will be delivered to the address specified in the order form.

EU: All customers residing within the EU and purchasing from our webshop are charged VAT at 24% (the current full rate for Finland). VAT in our webshop is included in the list price of all products and shipping.
Non-EU: Customers residing outside the EU are entitled to products and shipping tax-free. A tax-free summary will be shown at checkout when the billing address is outside the EU. To view tax-free prices whilst shopping, customers must have a webshop account with a default address outside the EU and be logged into the webshop.
Versatile Idea Oy is not responsible for payment of taxes in the delivery country. As such, the addressee will be liable for any import duty, VAT, or sales taxes due at the point of delivery. Versatile Idea Oy will not falsely declare packaged items nor their value on customs documentation.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment recipient in the bank account listing and on the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe; all information is exchanged via secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

DOMESTIC Within Finland we ship orders by Posti Regular letter post when they total less than €50 or Matkahuolto for orders over €50. Matkahuolto allows the shipment to by tracked. There is a fixed fee of €5 (incl. tax) for domestic shipping applied to all orders (including promotional products).
INTERNATIONAL There are worldwide restrictions about the international sending of jewellery and precious metals that have been laid down by the Universal Postal Union and are applied differently in each individual country. For this reason, we only use fully-tracked and insured courier services. We use Postnord or DHL Express for European countries and DHL Express for USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The price is given at checkout. We regret that delivery costs and/or individual country restrictions mean that we cannot deliver to all countries.

The most common shipping time in Finland is 1-3 working days. Delivery using Postnord to Nordic countries is 2-5 working days and 3-6 working days for other European countries. Delivery by DLH Express is stated as being within 2 business days for all destinations. Any variation is specified in the individual product description. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, nor indirect damages caused during transit. We will notify customers by email of any abnormal delivery times.
Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The Return Policy applies only if the item(s) is unused, in its original packaging, and remain marketable products.
When returning an order, it must clearly be accompanied with details of customer number/name and contact information, as well as the bank account details for where a refund/partial refund can be made to.

Cancelling an order, defect liability, and reclamations
The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in writing by an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute with the Consumer Disputes Board in cases of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
If a product is lost or damaged in transit or is not as described at the time of your order, you need to report the fault to us and the delivery agent within 14 days to be entitled to the rights of our Exchange and Return Policy. If the package is damaged in the mail, you must make an immediate claim with the post office. We can only accept claims for missing or damaged orders when Registered post was chosen.
